End of the First Stage of the Cycling Race Belgrade-Banja Luka Tomorrow in Bijeljina
Bijeljina will be one of the hosts for the participants of the International Cycling Race Belgrade-Banja Luka on Thursday, 18 April 2024. Traditionally, the race connects the main cities of Serbia and Republika Srpska, and this year's edition of the race will be held on a partially modified route. Organizers announce the participation of over 170 cyclists from 40 countries, representing 25 teams.
It is expected that cyclists will enter Semberija without stopping at Pavlovic Bridge shortly before 3:00 p.m., and they will arrive in Bijeljina about 15 minutes later, where they will ride three laps on the city streets.
As in previous years, the City of Bijeljina is the sponsor of this race and invites citizens to gather after 3:00 p.m. at Kralj Petar I Karađorđević Square to watch the cyclists pass by on three street laps and compete for the first place.
